User data deletion

This page explains how users of Mhoo services, including users who connect Google, Meta, or another third-party service, can request deletion of their personal data.

Request deletion

1. Email privacy@mhoooo.com from the email address associated with your account.
2. Use the subject Data Deletion Request.
3. Include enough information to identify the Mhoo account and connected service involved. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure channel.

What happens next

We will acknowledge the request, verify that the requester is authorized to act for the account, and delete or anonymize personal data that Mhoo controls. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or financial recordkeeping.

We will confirm completion or explain any data that must be retained within the time required by applicable law.

Remove a connected service

You can revoke Google access through Google Account permissions. You can remove a Meta app under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. For other providers, use that provider's connected-app or authorization settings.

Removing access stops future collection through that connection; use the email process above to request deletion of data already held by Mhoo.
