Mhoo is a private managed intelligence system for friends and family. This is its founder story—not a company chronology, but the sequence of convictions that shaped the work.

01 — Begin with people

The starting point is deliberately small: a circle of friends and family, real work, and enough trust to learn what genuinely helps.

Mhoo did not begin with a demand to serve everyone. It began with the belief that useful intelligence should understand the people around it and remain accountable to them.

02 — Build from real work

Ideas become systems only when they survive ordinary days. Customer operations, calendars, messages, investigations, and unfinished experiments provide the material.

The goal is not to add an impressive layer of automation. It is to make complicated work feel calmer, more legible, and more human.

03 — Leave a visible trail

Experiments need explanations as well as effects. This site is where the work leaves a readable trail: what changed, why it changed, and what remains uncertain.

The Particle CMS Experiment turns that record into a connected place. The first development note explains how ordinary Markdown becomes a spatial publishing system.

04 — Grow without losing the beginning

The particle field can expand into projects, essays, experiments, images, and films. Each new piece gets a place and connections, without forcing the whole archive into a rigid menu.

The measure of progress stays simple: the system should become more capable without becoming less personal.
